CCA Description
Contemporary dance is an expressive dance form that draws on elements from a variety of dance styles, encouraging creativity, versatility, and artistic expression.
At Nan Chiau High School, our Contemporary Dance CCA is proudly known as INPULSE. Guided by our slogan, "Music. Moves. Soul.", we strive to inspire dancers to move with purpose, passion, and heart. Our name reflects the unity of our team—not only in our synchronised movements on stage, but also in the shared commitment, resilience, and friendships that bind us together.
Beyond our weekly training sessions, members have opportunities to perform at school and external events, participate in professional masterclasses and competitions, and take part in annual bonding activities and mentorship programmes. Through these enriching experiences, dancers develop their technical skills, artistic expression, confidence, leadership, and character while growing as part of a supportive dance family.
